Aurora

Aurora Aksnes born 15th June 1996 Stavanger is a Norwegian music writer and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well received by music blogs. The singer has released a number of high-profile covers, such as Half the World Away (by Oasis), from the group Oasis) for John Lewis' Christmas advert and Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole), which are widely loved. Katy Perry, who endorsed the song Runaway by her, also gave it some more recognition. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes' first musical moment was when she stumbled across a miniature piano in her basement, and bewildered by the sound it made. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes encouraged her to pursue music for personal growth, rather than to earn a living or as a hobby. Thus, she began with her own music. Her influences include renowned writer Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her affinity with Bjork's style. After her mother said that the songs she composed might not make her famous rather to help people to see their own value and impact to this world, she started playing them on stage. Her mother suggested that she perform her songs publicly in order to make people aware of the importance of their work and how they impact the world. Family members didn't even know about this until she turned fourteen. The dream was never to turn into Aurora. She says she just likes to compose music. For her music, it is the most efficient method of expressing anything.
